About the role

You would own the EarnLab app on iOS and Android: the surface where users browse offers, complete them and get paid. It is the product most people mean when they say EarnLab, and it is where a dropped frame or a slow list is felt immediately.

What you'll do

• Build and ship the EarnLab app on iOS and Android, end to end.
• Own the parts users touch most: the offer list, the reward flow, and everything between.
• Work directly with design and the people running campaigns, without a layer in between.
• Keep it fast on the mid-range phones most of our users actually own.

What we're looking for

• Several years shipping mobile apps to a store, with real ownership of at least one.
• Strong on mobile UI and the platform conventions users expect on each side.
• Comfortable with the release cycle: store review, staged rollout, crash triage.
• Experience with rewarded or offerwall products is an advantage, not a requirement.
