About the role

You would own the surfaces advertisers and users actually touch: this site, the campaign dashboards, and the rewarded experiences behind them. The team is small, so the work runs from the design conversation to the deploy, and what you build stays yours after it ships.

What you'll do

• Build and ship product surfaces in TypeScript and React, end to end.
• Own what you build after it ships, not just until it merges.
• Work directly with design and the people running campaigns, without a layer in between.
• Hold the line on performance, accessibility and the details that decide whether something reads as finished.

What we're looking for

• Several years building production frontends, with real ownership of at least one.
• Fluent in TypeScript and React; comfortable with a modern framework and its rendering model.
• An eye for interface detail — you notice when spacing, motion or focus states are wrong.
• Happy in a small team where the brief is a problem, not a ticket.
